We have an amazing opportunity for an Assistant Marketing Manager working with a well-recognised luxury brand in partnership to support & execute initiatives, drive acquisition growth, customer spend, early engagement activity & product delivery for the business.

This is a fantastic role for a marketer wanting to expand their experience in partner management, acquisition, digital marketing & people leadership. The role involves working with all lines of business at American Express including Brand, Acquisition, New Accounts, World Service, Technologies and Marketing Teams. Additionally this role involves daily communication with key stakeholders within the partnership business, so excellent communication skills are critical, as well as a strong drive for results.

The role will support product, acquisition & marketing managers in project delivery, communications, budget management and partner & vendor management. This role also has the potential to manage/mentor a junior member of the team. Your responsibilities will include:

· Work closely with AXP Acquisition & partner to build and execute a strong digital acquisition strategy.

· Operating across both Acquisition & Product managements teams on special, adhoc projects.

· Work closely with proprietary American Express Engagement, Acquisition, Brand, Lending and Product teams on projects that include/affect their customer base.

· Ensure all campaigns are correctly set up, offers tested and campaigns are compliant (learning end-to-end set up and execution process of campaigns is necessary).

· Budget Management: Updating and Maintaining Budget tracker, POs and Payment processing (building & developing relationship with finance teams & communicating budget status to leadership on weekly basis).

· Implement ongoing product enhancements, product offers, re-engineering initiatives and product feature updates.

Desired profile

To be successful in this role you must have/be:

· Proven track record in delivering successful marketing campaigns and working with multiple stakeholders (preferably within the financial sector).

· Excellent relationship management and communications (verbal and written) skills.

· Demonstrated multitasking and prioritization abilities.

· Self-starter with a high attention to detail and focus on quality.

· Flexible, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure.

· Understanding of American Express Consumer Card products & services.
