Job description

§ Devise process improvement tools and methodologies that will ensure successful and timely implementation of new reporting and analytical solutions aimed at solving very specific business problems focused on increasing revenue and reducing costs for our clients as well as Amex. This will require working in partnership with local and global partners and leaders. § Use data mining techniques to integrate and identify key client trends across business units, segments, regions, product and other business P&L items. § Use Advanced Analytical & Statistical Tools to develop new solutions to drive higher customer engagement by focusing on customer lifecycle management for creating Client Acquisition, behavior and retention triggers through a combination of solutions and other strategies. § Develop actionable insights from user attributes & behavioral data and thereby create measurable impact measured in terms of revenue growth, cost reduction / optimization. § Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to present and translate complex information to both executive and technical partners. Hands-on experience across SAS, VBA, SQL

Desired profile

§ Bachelors in quantitative field (e.g., Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Operations Research), M.S or MBA. § Excellent verbal and written communication skills § Strong client management skills
