Job Description 1. Driving Profitable Business Growth Without Adverse Surprises While Providing An Outstanding Customer Experience For GCP Customers In India. 2. Manage, Master & Leverage Information from various Data Sources, cross- tabulating to integrate, synthesize and enrich information. 3. Generation of MIS and conducting Portfolio Tracking Activities 4. Optimizing Application Of Risk Management For The GCP Card Portfolios To Ensure Consistent Credit Performance And Delivery Of Aggressive Financial Commitments And Key Customer Goals. 5. Interacting And Collaborating With Partners Across Multiple Lines Of Business Including Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Operations and colleagues In Risk Centers Of Excellence To develop, implement and revise the GCP strategy for Risk Management Processes Including New Product Development And Customer Management Strategies. 6. Providing Strong Thought And Relationship Leadership While Working With Multiple Business Partners 7. Maintaining Close Linkages With Market Risk Colleagues In The Asia Region And Partner With Them To Leverage Best Practices. 8. Developing And Maintaining Strong Working Relationships With The Credit Bureaus. 9. Ensuring Compliance With All Regulatory Requirements Through Robust Risk Policies. Experienced professional in a team member role, well versed in statistical modeling techniques. Nature of work is similar to Analyst 1 but level of supervision is lower. Position requires higher levels of knowledge and skill. Assigned tasks are of low to medium complexity.

Qualifications: 1. Strong Quantitative, Analytical, Project Management And Structured Problem Solving Skills. 2. Ability And Willingness To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And On Aggressive Time-Lines. 3. Effective Team Player And Be Able To Manage Multiple Projects. 4. Excellent Oral And Written Communication Skills. 5. Experience In Analyzing Data, Drawing Inferences And Making Recommendations. 6. Strong Relationship Management And Negotiation Skills. 7. Experience Working In A Market-Risk Or A Similar Role. 8. Understanding Of Credit Card Business Economics Is A Plus. 9. An Advanced Quantitative Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics Or Economics And/Or Equivalent Work Experience Will Be Preferred.
