Job description

The successful incumbent will support various Performance Management activities which would involve timely processing of P4P incentives for Merchant service CCP's as well publishing reports of the same. • The incumbent will also be responsible for launching P4P structure as well as revising it for all merchant services markets within World service. • Build a strong relationship with key leaders responsible for the process in the US and International markets. Also understand the current business plans and the key business drivers that impact the functional business performance • Design, develop and maintain ad-hoc reporting as needed by the team, leaders and business partners. • Partner and work with team members to publish key deliverables and also act as a back up for them.

Qualifications: The successful candidate should have: • 2+ years of MIS and analytical experience • Ability to communicate process analytics to all lelvels of staff . • Solid communication, interpersonal and relationship skills • Results-focused and high degree of initiative / self-motivation • Make sound decisions under pressure and tight timelines Ability to work in a matrixed environment with remote team members • Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task while meeting tight deadlines. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite with strong Excel skills. Knowledge and understanding of operations a plus. * Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Access * SAS, Microsoft VB and Sharepoint knowledge is a plus. •Bachelor's Degree in MIS / Finance / Accounting or related degree a plus
