Job description

The Global Marketing Operations (GMO) organization is responsible for ensuring the enterprise delivers on the promises we make in our marketing materials. This team is comprised of campaign execution teams, channel delivery teams, a training organization, a reporting/monitoring team, a capabilities management team and a strategy & enablement team. Together this organization enables our compliant, impactful marketing in an efficient, cost-effective, and expeditious manner.

Within the GMO Strategy and Enablement team, the Analyst, GMO Program Management will support the program management of key initiatives that deliver on the long-term vision of the organization. These initiatives may include things like enhancing marketing review and approval as well as finding efficiencies in end-to-end marketing execution.

Job Responsibilities
· Conduct program management for optimization initiatives – responsibilities will include managing a centralized project plan, developing ongoing program reporting, and supporting the closure of potential roadblocks
· Support other large-scale stakeholder initiatives, including ‘fire drill' initiatives
· Draft communications (e.g., presentations, scorecards, emails) to share progress of initiatives, garner sponsorship, and encourage adoption
· Identify proactive opportunities for improvement in quality and efficiency
· Liaise with key business partners within and outside of GMO (e.g., Business partners, Global Business Services Executive Office, Technologies, GBS Business Strategy & Execution)

Desired profile

·  Experience in project management of large-scale programs requiring cross functional coordination, with an interest in process reengineering
·  Run-it-like-you-own-it approach – ability to set & lead against a plan, conduct thorough follow-through against milestones, and deliver against plans triaging as needed
·  Natural disposition to diagnose issues, mediate differing opinions, and see through solutions
·  Superior analytical skills – both quantitative and qualitative – coupled with an ability to make an assessment of a situation without always having the full picture
·  Bachelor's degree required.
