Role & Responsibilities:

Help propel your team and its business partners to success.

Here's just some of what you'll do in this role:
· File, scan and email documents and certifications as requested
· Prepare documents and other items for shipping or mailing
· Prepare secretary certificates, written consents, proxies for internal subsidiaries and other documents and obtain signatures as necessary
· Manage process to obtain apostille certifications with registered agent and forward to internal clients
· Order good standing and other certified documents from AXP's registered agent as necessary
· Maintain internal website for the Corporate Secretary's Office
· Process, review and obtain approvals for invoices
· Manage the procurement of office supplies and other departmental needs
· Maintain desk instructions for certain Corporate Secretary's Office processes
· Provide coverage when the Executive Assistant is out of the office

Minimum qualifications:
·  Experience in handling a wide range of administrative-related tasks
·  Highly-organized with an ability to demonstrate keen attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility, resourcefulness and efficiency
·  High level of integrity required for handling sensitive and confidential information
·  Demonstrated ability to take the initiative to spot problems before they arise, find solutions, and provide timely follow-through on projects
·  Must be willing to become a notary
Preferred qualifications:
·  Previous executive or administrative support experience within a large organization
·  High energy, positive attitude and ability to prioritize and work on own initiative
·  Experience with Ariba, Concur and HR payroll systems
·  Strong proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
·  Bachelor's degree preferred
