DESCRIPTION

As UX Designer you are ambitious and looking to drive impact in your work and among those around you. The ideal candidate has strong ideation skills, robust holistic systems thinking, attention to detail, and passion for making difficult tasks into simple and delightful experiences. In your work, you will help deliver the next generation of the photos drive experience building trust and excitement among your team and customers alike.

Collaboration with partner teams and product ownership is essential, requiring you to be a great communicator, and successfully present and align the service and user experience.

You will work with other members of the design and product teams to create interfaces that are attractive, useful, and usable. You will use market analysis, feedback, site metrics, and usability findings to tailor your designs to the customer in order to best solve their problems. You will be responsible for developing your ideas from concept to completion, presenting them to stakeholders for approval, and working directly with developers to bring them to life.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· An exciting portfolio of work demonstrating a passion for product experiences.
· Strong design process with a knack for working across boundaries and disciplines
· Self starter with a proven ability to ship products in the market that excite and delight customers.
· Ability to create interactive experiences with prototyping software or by hand
· Strong background of working within an agile product development life cycle
· Working knowledge of User Centered Design Principles and Practices
· Proven mastery of working within a cross-team environment
· Strong ability to synthesize feedback and input from business leaders, product management, and engineering
