In this role, you will work to forecast and analyze labor demand plans for multiple sites across the node; ensuring candidates move through the recruiting cycle quickly enough to meet the needs of the business. Also, owning and managing the candidate pipeline from the point of application to Day 1. Successful candidates will be a strategic and analytical thinker who can see around corners and demonstrate a passion for process improvement. Leaders are effective and motivating as they will have teams consisting of both people managers and specialists. This role is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role. The Role

· Manages the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of Workforce Staffing performance via Key Performance Indicators
· Forecast labor demand plans and create scalable staffing strategies to build infrastructure and ensure team resource capabilities meet business demand
· Evolves and implements strategies based off consistently changing needs of the business by tracking hiring event schedules and forecasted attendance rates
· Partners with regional operations and Finance management and workflow teams to optimize labor requirements
· Influences and makes recommendations to key stakeholders and decision makers on building appropriate systems processes, and reports; is sought after for input on key decisions and influence to stakeholders
· Leads and drives projects, of increasing scale and complexity, and manages programs through completion
· Fosters strong partnership with engagement leader to analyze labor and market analytics ensuring alignment of demand plan and onboarding strategies
· Analyzes the talent pipeline by shift on the site, business line, and node levels by tracking application and contingent offers to goals based on site labor orders and current pipeline fall-out
· Sets KPI's benchmarks, metrics, and understands how to prioritize to meet and exceed all business SLAs
· Owns training, development, team culture and morale for Workforce Staffing Optimization Team

Expected Deliverables

· Manage and own cost per hire budgets through oversight of labor acquisition, advertising and other talent acquisition costs
· Manage and build strategies to optimize candidate cycle time, conversion rates and applicant funnel metrics to benchmark
· Partner with site Finance Managers and Operations Leaders to forecast and plan labor demand
· Have development discussions and provide detailed feedback to direct reports on performance and growth plans

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree · 7+ years' experience in program management, supply chain management, or business analytics · 3+ years' people management experience · Experience managing and prioritizing multiple sites, projects and relationships · Local travel up to 75% required – National travel up to 10% of the time
