As a training executive, you will be part of team focused on enabling sellers for Amazon's services for www.amazon.in. The candidate will be working with external training partners to set up processes for scheduling and executing training batches for recruiting ATES pan India. To be successful in this role you should have superior communication, presentation and organizational skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will work autonomously taking control and responsibility for achieving the objectives of the role. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate.

Role and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing a partner ecosystem from ground up. Working in a dynamic business development environment, you will be working with external training partners to set up processes for scheduling and executing training batches for recruiting ATES pan India.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree required.
· 1+ years of experience in an operational role.
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows based applications.
· Demonstrated Analytical ability, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
· Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
