Sr Technical Recruiter – Pan-EU Tech

This is a great opportunity for you to join a growing recruiting organization in an entrepreneurial environment that has the support and resources that a large company provides, whilst working with a collaborative business that is passionate about the talent acquisition process.

You will partner with the business to lead effective candidate sourcing, across a range of Business for the Software Development teams. The Business and other HR/TA leaders are here to make you a success and will support you to set and drive strategy, goals and processes.

In this role, you will get the opportunity to partner with various exciting, new and established businesses including our core eCommerce teams, our InfoSec teams, our Payments teams and Alexa teams to name just a few. Those businesses have talent acquisition front and centre of all their decision making so you will find you'll get all the support you could ever need.

Amazon sets a high bar for its talent and it will be your job to build scalable strategies that will enable us to attract the very best the world has to offer. You will build pipelines of active and passive candidates. We will support you by providing innovative proprietary and 3rd party tools to manage those pools of candidates. You will embed yourself in local talent markets, hold internal and external events, leverage the teams to drive referrals and become a brand ambassador for tech hiring. The business are active sponsors in these events and will provide time, budget and enthusiasm to help you make these events a success.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Extensive corporate recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
· Demonstrable experience in a candidate generation capacity.
· Industry expert at hiring the highest calibre of Software Development Engineer.
· Experience with online sourcing techniques
· Experience building sourcing plans for multiple client groups.
· Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
· Demonstrated bias for action.
