Are you an energetic, focused, and skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) that has a track record of driving large scale projects while advocating customer experience? In this role you will work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and product teams to deliver enhancements to Amazonians globally. You will collaborate with product teams to deliver the best product with most efficient use of resources and technologies. You will work with all the stakeholders to identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones. You will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk taking behavior to maximize business benefit.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or relevant work experience
· 3+ years of experience in a network engineering role
· 3+ years experience managing network engineering projects with aggressive schedules
· Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Proven problem solving skills.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Track record for managing complex technology projects with aggressive schedules and limited resources
· Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
