This position will work with a variety of roles across the organization to build out new products and features on Alexa. You will have an opportunity to impact the customer experience, design, architecture, and implementation of a cutting edge product that is used every day by people you know.

We are looking for entrepreneurial, innovative individuals who thrive on solving tough problems in a nebulous environment. Delivering results, bias for action, ability to multi-task/prioritize, strong technical skills, ability to influence, leadership, and a natural curiosity are essential traits for success in this role.

As a TPM, you will wear many hats and be required to navigate an always shifting landscape of bottlenecks, technical constraints, and prioritization tradeoffs. The right candidate will not see this as a negative, you are excited to tackle these complex projects and deliver results time and time again.

In this role, you will:
• Interact with Software Developers, Technical Program Managers, Product Managers, and leadership to define and deliver complex features
• Lead the effective and efficient delivery of complex projects
• Drive project schedules, manage product launch, clearly communicate status and anticipate bottlenecks
• Dive into the technical complexity of features and bugs when needed and be able to recommend priority of issues
• Identify opportunities to drive innovation, accelerate product launches, and remove bottlenecks to deliver results
• Dive deep to identify root causes of issues and/or generate reports and extract data to identify problem patterns

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in related technical field
• 3+ years of relevant work in product management or project management
