The Sr. Technical Program Manager position is a hybrid role that understands our business and its objectives, and then can design & manage technical solutions to solve the business's problems in a very ambiguous, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. It relies heavily on influence over authority to drive project deliverables.

The successful candidate must have exceptional problem solving skills, strong business judgment, and demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams. We are looking for a self-starter with proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new projects. This position requires a solid technical background, and the candidate should be customer-focused with a passion for the cloud.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Coordinate and manage technical project and program development of distributed software applications, systems, platforms, and services.

· Develop technical design specifications for web based software integrations.
· Work closely with business owners and partner teams to understand product roadmaps and drive overall new product introduction schedules.
· Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
· Clearly communicate with technical owners, product managers, and upper management.
· Drive process and tooling improvements to increase visibility, throughput and output quality.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years' experience working as a technical role in the IT infrastructure or software development field
· 1+ years' experience working with Agile development process
· Experience writing clear, organized documentation for FRDs/BRDs

· Experience developing technical designs for service oriented software development projects.

· Experience developing with Object Oriented Programming Language (i.e. C++, Java, Python, .NET)

· Strong understanding of IP network architecture and protocol
· BA/BS degree or equivalent
