We are looking for an innovative Store Designer to join the Store Design and Construction Team. This position will be responsible for the implementation and customization of brand design standards. This position will collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams at many levels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and has a deep passion for innovative retail design. We are looking for someone who is obsessed with creating world-class shopping experiences for our customers at both the micro and macro level. Outstanding project management and communication skills, both written and verbal are required.

Duties:
· Translating brand design standards and concepts in an innovative yet fiscally responsible way
· Completing test fits and feasibility studies for your designs
· Working with key internal and external stakeholders in the production of comprehensive design development packages
· Creating presentation packages as needed to communicate design
· Communicating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
· Driving and creating Schematic Design Packages
· Reviewing construction documents, shop drawings and landlord documentation
· Providing Construction Administrative support as needed

· Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
· Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
· Demonstrates willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing work environment and deals effectively with varying workload requirements; can shift gears comfortably, manages competing demands, delays or unexpected events
· Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
· Knowledge of store development process from site identification through construction
