The Amazon Payments Team manages all Amazon branded payment offerings globally. These offerings are growing rapidly and we are continuously adding new market-leading features and launching new products.

Our team manages a financial services ad serving platform (Billions of impressions per year) through Amazon's purchase path where we offer Amazon branded and non-branded payment products and services.
Our team of high caliber marketers, software developers, statisticians and product managers use rigorous quantitative approaches to ensure that we target the right product to the right customer at the right moment, managing tradeoffs between click through rate, approval rates and lifetime value. In order to accomplish this we leverage the wealth of Amazon's information to build a wide range of probabilistic models, set up experiments that ensure that we are thriving to reach global optimums and leverage Amazon's technological infrastructure to display the right offerings in real time.

Amazon Payment Products is seeking a high-performing, innovative product marketer to drive new channel exploration both on and off Amazon for our co-brand credit card portfolio. This will leverage our own financial services platform as well as integrate with the platforms of other Amazon teams. The ideal candidate will be an experienced brand or product marketing manager who can think strategically and execute flawlessly. You must be an effective leader and strong communicator to work with key stakeholders across multiple teams.

Responsibilities
· Develop new, best-in-class marketing campaigns to drive acquisition of new co-brand cardmembers and engagement of existing cardmembers.
- Partner with teams across Amazon to open up new marketing channels for co-brand credit products both on and off Amazon.
· Lead strategic initiatives towards automation and scaling
· Craft and develop compelling audience-specific messages and tools
· Own and curate website content; test messages and experiences to optimize for education and customer engagement
· Work with product management team to distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messages
· Identify and execute on breakthrough product marketing activities that reach the target audience effectively
·Work effectively across Amazon Payment Product groups such as UX, SDEs and product management to achieve business goals

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
· 2+ years of direct B2C marketing experience in a digital environment
· 2+ years of experience creating and modifying web content using XML and/or HTML mark-up languages
· 2+ years of experience with a varied set of software and editing tools including basic to intermediate Excel, image editing and marketing automation software
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with marketing team and visual designers
· Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines through process improvements and communication practices
