Amazon One is a fast, convenient, contactless identity service that uses your palm – just hover to enter, identify, and pay. Our enterprise-ready physical technology enables shoppers, fans and employees to simply enter a location, pay with their palm or authenticate for access with the wave of their hand.

Amazon One is seeking a Sr. Sales Manager to refine and launch its global strategy (methodology, country management, pitch), implement infrastructure (salesforce automation, territory management, deal cadence) to meet the global growth demands of a multi-product solution, and drive mechanisms (pipeline, forecasting, and revenue) to scale Amazon One as the leader in real time identity management. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within Amazon’s Physical Stores and across Amazon to align and execute on the Amazon One GTM approach. You will hire and develop a vertically focused team. You will communicate strategy, results, and insights to various stakeholders at all levels of the business in writing and verbally.

Key job responsibilities
· While always placing the customer first, drive global sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
· Gain alignment from sr. internal stakeholders who own multiple products
· Develop and launch sales methodology
· Implement global infrastructure to launch sales at scale
· Develop country and regional territory plans and report on them quarterly
· Collaborating with Marketing, drive prioritized, lead generation for the team
· Collaborating with Marketing, build best-in-class marketing campaigns, messaging programs, and materials tailored to key audience segments at our customers around the world
· Track sales best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations
· Hire, Develop, Lead, and Inspire a global sales team that will scale with leaders of leaders
· Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and PR on the Customer Marketing program
· Partner with Marketing and Sales Operations on sales automation and global campaigns
· Create and implement weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual mechanisms to measure sales pipeline, forecast, and revenue using an inputs view of the business
· Proven ability to close complex deals and help BD/Sales reps negotiate large deals

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BA/BS required
· 10+ years B2B sales management experience in the large enterprise space
· Experience in marketing and sales automation technology

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong quantitative skills to analyze data and use customer research, data, and metrics to back up assumptions identify opportunities’, and assess the efficacy of sales campaigns
· Exceptional and effective verbal and written communication skills (need strong writing skills)
· Active listener and effective communicator
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
· Proven ability to influence others and willingness to roll up your sleeves
· Ability to converse with senior customer stakeholders including CEOs, CMOs, CIOs, CSOs, etc. Strong execution capability with the highest standards in a rapidly evolving business

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $160,600 - $217,000 (hr/yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
