DESCRIPTION

Amazon is looking for an exceptional Senior HR Business Partner for our B2B Business, Amazon Business. This position will be the HR Partner for the Sales team. The individual will collaborate with leaders to execute the HR strategies and activities that foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. This role will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations and insights that improve performance, retention and the employee experience. This position will also work closely with other HR resources and teams to drive key initiatives and projects in areas such as such as scaling and growing senior leaders, global organization design, diversity, and leadership development.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Employee relations, change management and team development experience
Ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions • Excellent communication skills • Influencing skills and interfacing with senior members of the business • Ability to function in a fast paced and innovative environment • Master’s degree or MBA in a Human Resources discipline preferred

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years' experience in an HR generalist, management or business partner role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree •
