The Lumberyard team is seeking a Sr. 3D Artist to build content ranging from simple feature tests to high quality visuals to demonstrate and educate best practices to customers. Any content released as a separate download or represented in documentation and tutorials will be referenced and used by customers in order to understand how they should prepare their assets for Lumberyard. As a Sr. 3D Artist, you will be responsible for creating new assets that meet Lumberyard requirements. You will collaborate with designers and engineers to determine the best content suitable for different gameplay scenarios. You will also work closely with internal product teams to understand best practices, and coordinate with documentation and tutorial teams to generate a plan for supporting and delivering education content as required.

The 3D Artist will be responsible for:
· Generating 3D asset content that demonstrates best practices to Lumberyard customers.
· Optimizing existing art content that has not been released to customers.
· Gathering information for requirements on different gameplay examples to build new content plans.
· Collaborating with internal product teams to understand best practices in order to deliver education content to support documentation and tutorials.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· 5+ years of relevant work experience generating 3D content such as characters, environments, props, or equivalent
· Online Art Portfolio
