Title: Solutions Architect III

Position Responsibilities:

Partner with AWS specialist sales, business development, and product teams to craft a go to market strategy, ensure success of the most complex customer engagements, collect, organized and disseminate the internal expertise needed to drive database, analytics, and machine learning workloads. Capture best-practice knowledge from engineering and field teams and share reference architectures and patterns amongst the worldwide AWS solution architect community. Drive revenue growth across a broad set of customers. Help organizations understand best practices around advanced cloud-based solutions, and how to migrate existing workloads to the cloud. Collaborate with AWS field teams to build a strong worldwide database and analytics community.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Position Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and
one year of experience in the job offered or related occupations of Database Administrator, Support Engineer, Systems Engineer or another related occupation. Employer will accept Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or related occupation as equivalent to the Master's and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): designing, implementing, and consulting with distributed applications; working with modern software development practices and technologies; and implementing and tuning in the big data Ecosystem, database, data warehousing, or data migration and integration. Domestic travel required up to 20% of the time.
