The Role:

As a SQA Engineer- , you will perform accelerated testing of devices to improve system level design, performance. Use your passion in coding and diagnostic testing to stress prototypes and suggest design improvements to deliver superior products.
· Create test plans and test cases
· Efficiently execute test cases across all functional areas of our products
· Review product user interface for conformity to design guidelines
· Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution
· Interpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process
· Work with Software Development Engineers to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is implemented

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Master’s degree in related field
· 5+ years of experience in software development and testing
· Good understanding of the Linux kernel and/or drivers
· Proficient with scripting language e.g. , shell
· Experience in consumer electronics
· Wifi/BT experience

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in manual testing
· 4+ year of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer
· Experience in automation testing
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, EE, or related
· 4+ years of software code development and automation
· 4+ years of experience working in Linux environment
· 4+ years of experience working on platforms
· 4+ years of experience using scripting skills ( or Java/)
