We are seeking an experienced software engineering manager for our infrastructure team to build the next generation EC2 platform with faster storage subsystems. This position will be responsible for:
· Lead the design and development of system operations group, which includes test tools, test automation and test beds
· Manage the continuous build, continuous deployment operations
· Build, Lead, and Mentor a world class operations engineering team
· Participate in entire product lifecycle, from product definition, development, and release
· Work closely with Software, Hardware, and Product Management teams
· Lead the end-to-end quality lifecycle

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· You will have proven ability and the desire to work in a collaborative and team oriented environment.
· B.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent (advanced degree preferred)
· 3-5 years of technical management or technical lead experience
· In-depth knowledge of end-to-end test of comparable complex storage systems
· Sophisticated knowledge of modern, end-to-end quality best practices, Test Driven Development, Data Driven Engineering, and similar concepts
· Fluency in data intensive applications, databases
· Capable of prioritizing multiple projects in fast-paced environment
· Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
