Responsibilities
Drive broad adoption and provide unparalleled customer experience for voice shopping. Among the mechanisms this leader should evaluate and be comfortable with include feature development, pricing changes, marketing channels, customer surveys and profiling, partner management, sample application, etc.

As part of this role, you will
· Set the vision and roadmap for a suite of Alexa Shopping features
· Make this vision a reality in partnership with UX, engineering, and partner teams across multiple Amazon organizations
· Inspire customers by consistently raising the bar on what it means to have the best voice shopping experience in the world.
· Define the feature sets, business requirements, measures of success, and roadmap for your experiences.
· Learn from customer feedback, behavioral measurements, and other data sources to craft better experiences and ensure we are building the right features over time.
· Make decisions around build versus buy to optimize around time-to-market.
· Create buy-in for your functional area vision both internally and with key external partners.
· Provide mentorship and best practices to the broader Product Management organization.Lead the organization through change, evolution, and sustained growth.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA or MS in Computer Science or other Engineering Disciplines
· 5+ years of product management experience, product marketing, business development or technology.
· Ability to work with multiple disciplines – machine learning scientists, software developers, linguists, data specialists.
· Demonstrated success bringing new customer facing products or services to market by driving product requirements through a software development team using an agile development processes
· Excellent communication and persuasion skills
· Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape.
· Demonstrated experience influencing and collaborating across multiple teams in a large organization
· Impeccable written communication skills for writing business and product strategy

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree
· 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
· Experience with end to end product delivery
· Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
· Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
· Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
· Bachelors in Engineering
· 3+ years of product management experience
