Position Responsibilities:
Analyze sales and customer data to understand drivers and trends in data to forecast sales. Conduct statistical analysis including: predicting sales and future trends using machine learning, statistical, or econometric models; identify drivers of consumer behavior; select and compare appropriate models for forecasts. Interface and collaborate with business and software development engineers, to set requirements and technical development strategies for science modeling and applications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Position Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field and two years of research or work experience in the job offered, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field and five years of research or work experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and two years of experience. Must have two years of research or work experience in the following skill(s): programming with a major programming language including Python or MATLAB; experience in experimental design, machine learning modeling, statistical modeling and data analysis.
