As a Quality Assurance Technician, you would be responsible for executing both functional test and smoke test and provide test result reports. You would be responsible for logging tickets for any issues found during functional validation or smoke test and work with teams across the organization to drive issues to resolution. You would execute Data Collection sessions including preparing for the session and completing the activities post a session. You should be able to document Standard Operating Procedures.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience with various QA methodology and tools
· Experience creating and executing test cases
· Attention to details and ability to root cause important issues impacting process or customers
