DESCRIPTION

Amazon Advertising's Training and Knowledge Management Program develops programs and content aimed at increasing expertise within internal teams in order to drive greater customer success. We work with Account Managers, Creative Campaign Managers, Designers, Operations, and Program/Product Managers to ensure they have the training and knowledge they need to be experts in their jobs.
This role will require you to balance time between program management and content development. As a program manager, you'll own areas of the program to enable scalable learning across the different roles and locales. As a content developer, you'll work with subject matter experts to assess learning needs and objectives to build knowledge articles, videos, and instructor-led courses.

The ideal candidate is an independent and curious self-starter with a demonstrated ability to manage programs from the ground up, collaborate with partner teams and subject matter experts globally, and have a high tolerance for ambiguity and a bias toward action.

Responsibilities Include:
· Working actively with local leadership and teams to assess region-specific learning requirements and bring appropriate training to the team.
· Owning the learning roadmap for partner teams - from needs analysis to development and delivery.
· Defining learning success metrics and implementing/evaluating throughout.
· Developing programs that can quickly scale for use across a growing global team
· Managing project timelines, communicating with partners, and selecting appropriate measures for implementation
· Developing training content in partnership with SMEs (knowledge articles, FAQs, scripts, videos).
· Manage logistics for training delivered, including scheduling conference rooms, meeting requests, and ordering catering.
· International travel may be required up to 15%

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of program management experience.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
· Analytical thinking shown through gap analysis and connected outcomes, driving metrics to ensure continuous improvement in process and results
· Ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances, processes and priorities
