Program Manager, Seller Programs

DESCRIPTION

Amazon is seeking an experienced candidate interested in disrupting the way products are bought, sold, and distributed on a global scale. The qualified candidate will bring their technical expertise and have the ability to directly impact the building of new tools, services, and distribution structures across Amazon's growing footprint.

This role is responsible for managing all China-based seller facing adoption programs through our Operations and Seller Channels. This role works closely with our Seller Product teams to develop business releases based on the product vision, develop an adequate project plan to ensure successful execution across multiple teams. This role will also manage backlog of bugs, features and process enhancements to ensure that we meet our key success criteria and promised value of our Seller Products.

Key Deliverables
- Develop a project plan based on the business releases as identified by the Project Manager
- Apply suitable scrutiny to ensure short cycle value releases and discipline in recording issues, bugs and enhancements during release phases
- Work with Product and Tech teams to prioritize issues found during test, launch and scaling cycles
- Develop material required for increased discoverability and improved execution in Operations or Sales Channels
- Data analysis, interpretation.
- Reporting, communication of program status
- Escalation and corrective action when timelines are not going to be achieved or program goals are in jeapordy

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelors Degree
· 3+ years of experience in program management, owning and driving end-to-end program development from concept to customer-facing launch, across multiple technology, business, and design teams.
· 3+ years of experience in analyzing data, trends and market segments and proposed channel strategies
· 3+ years of experience in managing projects across multiple teams.
