International Consumer – Talent Program Coordinator

The International Consumer organization is a growing business that launches new markets across the globe. We are looking for a strong talent Program Coordinator to support the International Consumer Talent Management organization. Specifically this role will help coordinate efforts related to the Global Talent Program (GTP), a talent marketplace which fulfills business critical talent demands from new countries with a supply of experienced Amazonians from established markets looking for an opportunity to work internationally and apply their experience. Through short-term assignments, GTP participants lend expertise and launch support while instilling Amazon culture with newly hired local talent.

As the Program Coordinator for International Consumer Talent Management, you will play a critical role in supporting key programs within International Consumer namely the full recruitment lifecycle of Amazon's Global Talent Program – this includes partnering with the GTP Program Lead to source and recruit talent across the globe, manage the selection and onboarding of participants, ensuring a positive employee experience, and measuring the success of the program.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, works effectively with internal and external contacts, has the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoys the challenges of developing and improving processes in a dynamic organization. You will be detail-oriented and have excellent data analytics skills. You should also be able to work with minimal direction, and be flexible while delivering high-quality results. Having an eye for process improvement is critical, as we will look to you as the Program Coordinator for input on how to evolve our current processes.

The successful candidate will have strong analytic, organizational and communication skills, and their key responsibilities include:
· Actively supporting the Talent Management leader of International Consumer and the Program Lead for GTP on program planning and implementation.
· Managing the GTP recruitment lifecycle including talent sourcing, role posting, recruitment scheduling and candidate correspondence and tracking, participant onboarding, assignment confirmations and check-ins, and home country notification.
· Starting with the customer and working backwards, you will work in partnership with the managers (home and host country), HR, Talent Management and the Mobile Talent Strategy team to deliver a positive mobility experience for GTP participants.
· Supporting the GTP Program Lead to build a cohesive user experience to maximize availability, accessibility and usability for our managers and employees is a key expectation for this role. You will be one of the central points of contact for our customers (employees, managers, HR), responding to GTP inquiries (via the GTP mailbox) and management of the GTP wiki.
· Supporting the GTP Program Manager in hosting events to create awareness and program visibility among Amazonians, business leaders and HR. Support Train-the-Trainer events to prepare our leaders to share expertise and facilitate learning.
· Managing mechanisms and forums for GTP participant cohorts to interact and learn from host teams, including management of a buddy program, and from each other's experiences.
· Maintain and monitor program success measures and quality metrics. Prepare metrics dashboard for quarterly talent reviews and query data for on-going tracking and improvements.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor degree in Human Resources field
· 3-4 years' experience coordinating complex projects
· Ability to work in global teams and changing environment
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Proven analytical capabilities; experience with large amounts of data and in developing audit reports and metrics
