As the earth's most customer-centric company, Amazon obsesses at improving customer experience on a daily basis. We are looking for a motivated Program Coordinator to join our Customer Experience Strategy team. This role is suited for someone with analytical and/or operations experience and a degree in business, economics or operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the management of a wide range of data collection and varied administrative tasks
· Focused on the Americas operations and analysis with potential to support global projects and process efficiencies
· Working in Excel to record, track, clean-up and help analyze data
· Oversee the operations of an inventory storage and ship process, striving to make improvements
· Fulfilling other various ad-hoc administrative tasks

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Ability to manage and prioritize several processes / project components simultaneously
· Self-starter with capability to work independently and efficiently
· Attention to detail and extremely organized
· Experience in analyzing data/information to inform decisions
· Proficiency in Excel and experience in managing large data sets
· Strong written and oral communication
· PC/Office competent
