Our team supports the Kindle Content and Physical Books Customer Service Agents by providing the proper tools that are vital to ensure we can delight customers.

Position Overview
The Kindle Content and Physical Books Support Tools team is seeking a Program Administrator, who will support communication infrastructure and packaged software solutions used by multiple Customer Service and support teams. At the core of the position is ensuring we deliver the right solution on time.

The Kindle Content and Physical Books Support Program Administrator will:
· Handle ambiguity to develop solutions that work for stakeholders from various disciplines and meet deadlines
· Manage multiple, cross-functional, competing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required.
· Effectively follow assigned pieces of project plan and ensure all tasks are completed on time for launch
· Scope, define and ensure implementation of customer service requirements (tech and non-tech) to ensure the needs of the customer and CS are met in time for launch.
· Identify risks to the customer experience and/or project schedule, escalate accordingly, and coordinate to remove blockers.

This position can be located in Charleston, SC or Seattle, WA.

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

·3+ years of relevant experience
· Experience working directly with customers and/or supporting a customer service team within and across a department
· Experience capturing, documenting, and implementing requirements from various stakeholders
· English-language skills (spoken, reading, and written)
· Experience configuring Microsoft Exchange email services, mailboxes, and accounts
· Experience supporting package software packages configuration
· Experience managing and configuring LDAP groups
