Workforce Staffing Marketing focuses on brand awareness and recruitment efforts to attract and engage new hourly employees across the globe. Through this work, we create and produce assets for multiple marketing channels. We are seeking a Production Artist to lead the production of these assets in our Creative Studio. You have experience creating and producing high volume media placements, ad sizes and specs (offline and online) for campaigns with multiple channels. You are diligent in following multiple brand guidelines and creative strategies to ensure the work produced remains consistent across all output. You are at your best in a creative environment collaborating with copywriters, designers, and content strategists, to produce campaigns and projects that successfully deliver against expectations. Where you stand out is your excellent technical graphic design and production skills balanced with your ability to work quickly and efficiently.

Key job responsibilities
• Manage and customize all creative assets across print & digital media
• Create multiple assets from key or master files, ensuring accuracy to specifications, quality of design, and consistency with brand
• Create, adapt, and maintain print templates to support customization efforts.
• Resizing artwork for different media
• Ensure that quality and resolution of photography or graphics matches asset guidelines
• Exercise exceptional problem-solving skills for both creative and project deliverables
• Provide consistent on-time delivery of assets

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited art school or design institute
• 2 years of experience working in high-volume asset production in a fast-paced agency or corporate in-house environment
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with a high skill level InDesign, Photoshop, & Illustrator
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with BrandMaker or equivalent asset management system is a plus
• Experience with Photoshop artboard system for production.
