Product Manager, Prime Reading

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced product leader to join the Prime Reading team. You will identify customer experience gaps and drive customer acquisition/engagement growth with continuous product improvements. The candidate will be a vocal champion for Prime Reading and work across multiple stakeholder teams including tech, design, content and marketing.

Our ideal candidate will have deep product management experience, a strong record of delivering results, consumer marketing and subscription-based business experience, and the right balance of thinking strategically and maintaining a keen attention to detail.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic requirements include:
· 3-5 years of direct product management experience.
· Experience inspiring design, engineering, and marketing teams to build premium customer-facing features and services.
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
· Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
