アマゾンジャパンでは、TVCMやマスアドの現場で豊富な制作経験があり、動画制作やスチール撮影の制作案件を同時に進行管理し、迅速に対応できるスキルを 持ったプロデューサーを募集します。モデル事務所やカメラマン、メイクアップアーティストといったスタッフとのコーディネート力が求められます。またプロ デューサーは、責任者としてカメラマンのスケジュール管理を行い、全制作進行過程においてのサポート業務をコンスタントに、高い生産性を持って提供しま す。候補者の方には、問題点の解決力や開発プロセスを考案し、アマゾン・クリエイティブ・サービスチームを向上させることが出来る方を求めています。
職務として他ビジネスチームとのコミュニケーションや、制作フローのコーディネート、Image QAのチェックなどが含まれます。

D1 Creative is looking for a producer with experience in TVCM, Mass Advertising work, and also has ability to producing multipul video and photo productions simultaneously, and who has the ability to thrive in an fast paced, high volume digital studio environment. Must demonstrate ability coordinating with model agency, photographers and make up artists. The producer will be in charge for booking of photographer's schedule, will provide support and assistance during the entire production, and be able to do it at a consistently high productivity rate. Candidates will also serve as an escalation point within Amazon Creative Service team, resolving ambiguous situations, developing and implementing process improvements.
Additional responsibilities may include visual Image QA, as well as communicating with business teams and coordinating workflow.
Successful candidates will be strong communicators, have flexibility, a sense of humor, patience, and a sharp mind. This position requires a superb eye for visual composition and attention to detail. The ideal candidate must be able to maintain a high quality of work in a fast paced environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

基本適正
‐スチール撮影、または、広告業界において、最低でも5～6年のプロデューサー経験を有する方
‐応用力のある最新情報を豊富に有する
‐タイトな締め切りの元、複数のプロジェクトを同時にマネージメントできること
‐マイクロソフトOutlook、Excel、とPCプラットフォームでの実用的な知識

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in stills and video production.
- Strong online portfolio that demonstrates expertise in applied
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Excel and PC computing platforms.
- Strong Japanese language skills are required
· Preferred Qualifications
Conversational/written English is a plus.
Photography experience welcomed.
