Amazon's growth continues unabated. To support this growth globally, HR Services is driving to redesign and automate our processes and tools for service globalization and infinite scalability. Whilst we have teams in our organization that work on large scale operational delivery, we also need expertise in specific areas such as process excellence, process automation and project management. These domain experts will drive delivery improvement and constant iteration based on their ability to understand the unique context of Amazon and be driven by the desire to deliver flawless and frustration free services to our end customers.
EMEA HR Services is looking for a Process Analyst to join its team. In this role you will support the development and improvement of HR processes, that are to change the way we operate our business over the next few years, with high visibility to the business.
The successful candidate will have high level communication skills and be able to produce documentation to a high standard. You should display a high attention to detail and be able to establish effective working relationships with business groups across multiple functions

Main Responsibilities include:
· Work closely with the business to identify and analyze core HR business processes and workflows
· Facilitating workshops with SME's
· Documentation of process and work flows
· Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
· Identifying issues and risks
· Maintain Project documentation including change log, issue log and risk log
· Participating in the test scenario design, test execution and issue resolution of process changes
· Participate in Data Validation
· Acting as a champion for process standardization

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· At least 2-3 years experience as an Analyst, on large and complex projects
· Strong skills in Process Mapping
· Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows
· Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
· Strong business/client engagement skills
· Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
· High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio
· Fluent in English
