What You Bring
You have an “anything is possible” mindset. You’re proud of your work, your skills and expertise – but you’re not cynical or inflexible and you want to be part of something great. You love being part of a highly collaborative and high-energy team with a big strategic vision and the optimism and grit to achieve it. You geek out about helping teams understand and gain empathy for the people they serve. You are a passionate, curious researcher with an impressive ability to collaborate with other teams and specializations, and a relentless determination to do what is right for Amazon's customers.

What you will do
In this role your core responsibility will be leading a mix of strategic and tactical research activities for Amazon Search. You will create and manage study timelines, deliverables, and reporting to ensure we have the right data to create the best, most customer obsessed, product search on earth. This position is for a hands-on user researcher with end-to-end responsibility for creating, running, and reporting on research activities. You’ll also bring your research experience with novel technologies, such as AR/VR and ML/AI, and demonstrable experience with instrumented data gathering techniques (e.g., eye tracking).
