The General & Administrative (G&A) Talent Management team is searching for an experienced leader to create and manage high-impact talent management programs focused on our Finance, Legal and Global Corporate Affairs organizations. We are looking for a strategic and pragmatic talent expert who will work closely with HR and business leaders to analyze organizational trends and metrics, build and implement targeted talent solutions, and manage the annual cycle of talent processes (performance management, promotions, talent reviews, organization planning & design and succession planning support.)

This position will report to the Talent Management & Learning and Development Leader for G&A. This impactful role requires the ability to use data to explore hypotheses and identify problems or opportunities, along with great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical projects. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior leaders, is essential. As a key member of the G&A HR team, this role provides ample opportunity to design innovative talent solutions for, and regularly collaborate with, line and central HR and business leaders.

The successful candidate will:
· Build comprehensive talent management strategies for the organizations supported.
· Partner closely with central and business unit learning & development leaders and teams to align development programs and resources with talent management priorities; lead projects to create additional programs and resources to support career development at all levels.
· Conduct deep-dive, data-driven analysis to identify, diagnose and monitor talent trends, gaps and opportunities. Partner with central and business unit HR analytics teams to drive the creation/adaptation of talent analytics tools that support advanced talent insights and planning.
· Develop integrated talent solutions with great user experiences for executives, managers, HR and employees.
· Identify and resolve issues independently; take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
· Partner effectively with leaders and HR teams across the G&A organizations to reach aligned objectives and efficient/consistent solutions.
· Manage and continually improve the general cycle of core talent processes in concert with corporate and cross-business talent management teams.
· Bring creative innovation to deliver new offerings, approaches and mechanisms.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Advanced degree in Organization Development, HR or MBA.
· Experience leading talent management in a large-scale, fast paced and global environment
· Broad working knowledge of all core HR functions, and proactive management of change initiatives across functions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
· Data reporting and analysis skills; proven experience applying basic statistical concepts to talent analytics
· Experience presenting talent management data in a narrative format, including interpretative content and actionable guidance for business leaders
· Process and program design and improvement experience
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities
· Minimum 7-10 years of experience leading talent management processes (performance management, career development, organization alignment and development, etc.)
