Our ad solutions—including sponsored, display, video, and custom ads—leverage Amazon's innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service, managed service, and programmatic ad buying, these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more.
Your efforts help thousands of businesses of all sizes (from small local businesses to large global companies) use Amazon Advertising to reach millions of worldwide Amazon customers. Specifically, in this role, you will start a new initiative. You will:
· Identify new product and business opportunities to better serve our partners and suppliers (vendors and sellers) including driving data parity between vendors and sellers, closing gaps on inventory, buy-box win rate, ARAP availability, brand metrics etc.
· Lead the Working Backwards process and define our product and tech strategy to achieve parity between vendors, sellers and other types of advertisers.
· Define the investment needs (team, product, program) to deliver on your identified strategy.
· Partner with business and tech leaders across multiple teams within Amazon Advertising, International Consumer and Seller Services to deliver on your identified strategy.

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applications or related technical field
· 7+ years of consumer facing software product management experience
· Expertise extracting, manipulating, and understanding data to draw conclusions and make intelligent business and technical decisions
· Strong oral and written communication skills, and a proven ability to influence senior leadership and engineering teams
· Solid understanding of the technical implementation of product ideas, and the ability to build relationships with Engineering Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Marketers
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
