Job summary
Are you a senior learning or talent development leader aspiring to ply your skills at the highest level with the most inventive leaders on the planet?

As the Principal leader of the Executive Development practice for the Devices & Services business, you will oversee the leadership development strategy that supports senior leaders from onboarding and ramp-up to building and leading scalable organizations that model Amazon’s inclusive, Day 1 culture.

Key job responsibilities
· Define and execute against the executive development vision, strategy, and roadmap.
· Conduct research and needs assessment to ensure solutions and strategy resonate with customer needs and expectations.
· Design and deliver scalable solutions that raise the bar on customer expectations while delivering maximum impact to the business.
· Assess solution and strategy impact through comprehensive measurement plan and written analyses.
· Build and lead cross-functional group of stakeholders and partners who support execution of the executive development strategy.
· Contribute to a team culture of innovation (e.g., generating big ideas, solving highly ambiguous problems in ways that exceed customer expectations).
· Manage one direct report, responsible for program management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 10+ years experience delivering learning and talent development solutions in a tech or client-driven industry.
· 5+ years’ experience designing and delivering executive development programs.
· 5+ years of program or product management experience.
· Coaching certification from an ICF-accredited institution
· Proven ability to build, execute, manage, and improve development programs or products in global, fast-paced, enterprise environment.
· Demonstrated ability to drive program effectiveness and satisfaction through a focus on customer needs.
· Strong executive presence; ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
· Exceptional analytical skills; proficient working with large amounts of data to assess return on investment in training; ability to justify programmatic decisions with data.
· Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; strong executive presence
· Bachelor's Degree or Higher

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· ICF PCC credential and/or 3+ years’ experience as an executive coach.
· Master’s degree or PhD in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
· Experienced people manager.
· Proven ability to collaborate and influence without authority, motivate cross-functional teams, and sustain engagement of a network of stakeholders.
· Systems thinker with ability to develop strategies that ‘connect the dots’ to solve pervasive problems with simple, but highly effective approaches.
· Experience driving large-scale initiatives or change management efforts across multiple geographies and business lines.
· Proven project management, including long-term planning, resource allocation, prioritization, keeping multiple projects on track, managing details, and delivering results with tight deadlines.
· Expertise with adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and learning industry trends and best practices.
