DESCRIPTION

The success of PillPack is dependent on hiring and retaining great employees and providing them with the training, tools, and resources needed to effectively perform their jobs. Training is the foundation for building a highly efficient and highly engaged team. As the Prescription Acquisition Department Trainer, you will be responsible for contributing to and executing a training program that is consistent with PillPack’s strategic goals and culture. Through your ability to support and develop employees in your department, you will contribute to a world-class training program and a culture of continuous learning and development.

Core Responsibilities:
· Assist in creating position-based learning plans and complete learning plans with all new hires
· Culturally integrate new employees into the department
· Ensure all new employees are set up with all necessary systems (if needed) on or before their first day of employment to ensure a smooth integration.
· Assess training effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports to determine the impact of training on employee skills
· Seek feedback on training effectiveness for new hire and self-assessments
· Design and prepare educational aids and materials for all teams within the department
· Maintain updated learning documents and training records
· Provide continuous support to new hires through regular check-ins
· Serve as a resource to department managers when an employee’s performance is below standards. Execute additional training as determined by the department manager and training manager
· Partner with the training manager to implement compliance trainings in accordance with our policies and procedures.
· Partner with the department manager to provide on-brand communication and learning modules to all teams within the department.
· Partner with peer trainers throughout the network to ensure a consistent employee experience.
· Serve as a cultural advocate and role model for all PillPack employees.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
· Ability to create and deliver training material to individuals and groups
· Strong attention to detail

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Must have an active Registered Pharmacy Technician license with the NH Board of Pharmacy (if you do not have a license PillPack will assist you in obtaining). Licenses must be in good standing
· Must remain in good standing with all required license(s)
· Strong knowledge of, or aptitude to learn, pharmacy laws and regulations nationwide and specific to Idaho
· Proficient with PillPack provided tools and platform
