DESCRIPTION

The newly-formed Canada Supply Chain ACES team is seeking L7 Principal Program Managers to drive country-wide projects and new processes at scale to support Amazon's explosive growth within Canada. In this role, you will partner with retail, FBA, transportation, and software/automation teams to drive innovation across Canada's entire supply chain.

The candidate must be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy and ever-changing environment, coupled with a strong technical skill set, taking a data-driven approach to solve complex problems across our Canadian supply chain. The position provides opportunities to influence one of the high visibility/high impact areas in the organization. Written and verbal communication skills are a must in order to define high level business requirements for building or improving software systems and processes.

This role presents a significant intellectual and technical opportunity, requiring experimentation to deliver rapid results and high customer-obsession for sellers as customers. The leader will be passionate about customer experience, technology, supply chain, and cross-team partnerships to deliver business impact.

**Role requires relocation to Seattle, WA or Vancouver, BC**

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university (Technical (Math, Engineering, Science))
· Ability to write SQL queries to pull data
· 10+ years of experience in project management and leading large cross-functional teams in business operations and technology process improvement areas.
· 5+ years' experience instructing Executives, Managers, Associates and Operations Integration champions on Lean methodologies and/or Technology Projects.
· Extremely strong problem structuring and solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguity
· Ability to interpret and map processes to data.
