Are you interested in innovating to deliver a world-class level of service to Amazon’s Selling Partners? The Paid Services team includes Amazon Marketplace Professional Services (AMPS) and Amazon Vendor Services (AVS), programs which seek to improve the customer experience on Amazon.com by working directly with Selling Partners to improve value, selection and convenience across their business. Our team will invent and innovate across technology, processes and people to grow the program, improve Selling Partner engagement and satisfaction, and enable scalable global solutions.

The Paid Services team is looking for an entrepreneurial, strategic and seasoned Training Program Coordinator for its Training Division to help coordinate and develop training initiatives as we rapidly grow our participating Seller Partner base. We want a Training Program Coordinator with passion to innovate, who enjoys organizing logistics, and who likes to tackle complex ambiguous projects. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and will:
· Act as the Paid Services Training Coordinator for all New Hire & Continuing Education trainings by organizing and coordinating New Hire & Continuing Education sessions
· Schedule training classes. This includes arranging venues, coordinating trainers/SMEs, and organizing training agendas/materials
· Manage class registration. Liaise with trainees, confirm bookings, manage cancellations/changes and maintain an accurate participant count. Assist with updating, assembling and distributing training program participant materials
· Support the training measurement process by pulling scores and comments, continuously updating and producing reports, and helping the PM of Paid Services Training organize data for monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting to executives
· Assist in coordination of the Paid Services annual re-certification program and leadership development training
· Actively manage a SIM process and track execution of outstanding SIMs that are related to training
· Manage inbound communications including questions and/or concerns
· Perform additional projects and other related duties as assigned or as responsibilities dictate
· Travel required 10%

The ideal candidate is highly organized, works effectively with internal and external contacts, has the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoys the challenges of developing and improving processes in a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, superior attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Moreover, the ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous areas is imperative. The candidate must also possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
· 2+ years of experience in a training and/or team coordination position
· 2+ years creating, managing and reporting on training program metrics
· 2+ years using the Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
· Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
· Exceptional planning, time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and autonomously in a highly ambiguous environment
· Ability to work under time pressure and meet performance goals
