Oracle Application Engineer

DESCRIPTION

The Global Financial Applications team is looking for a Oracle application engineer to play a key role in supporting the Oracle Applications modules used at Amazon.com. This position will be responsible for leading the support and operation of modules within the e-Business Suite. Core activities will include end user support, problem management, debugging and fixing issues in custom interfaces and modules and operational enhancements for multiple applications in multiple geographies. This role will be responsible for delivering high quality service to Amazon.com's growing global business.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· A minimum of three years of experience developing solutions for Oracle's e-business suite.
· Experience with Oracle's development tools including reports, forms, BI publisher, Workflow Builder, and JDeveloper.
· Experience with at least one of these e-business suite applications (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Procurement, iProcurement, iExpense, General Ledger, Inventory, Fixed Assets)
· Experience engaging Oracle Support to research and resolve issues.
