Amazon Publisher Services (APS) helps publishers of all sizes increase monetization and yield. APS provides exclusive access to Amazon marketing spend and extends our cloud-based platform technology to enable publishers to maximize revenue opportunity across devices and media channels while improving user experience. The end result is an Amazon product that lets publishers focus on what they do best: publishing.

Responsibilities:
· Provide a strong technical leadership in building, refactoring and improving mobile technologies of Amazon Publisher Services.
· Lead and expand software engineering teams and support their career growth.
· Effectively coordinate cross-team collaboration and provide reliable engineering deliveries for product development. Work closely with product team to develop of a diversified portfolio of business programs.
· Deliver results with quality and timeliness in an environment of fast expansions.
· Develop and continuously improve product development life cycle processes towards better development productivity and product quality.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years of experience in engineering management roles, leading teams of more than 6 members.
· 6+ years of hands on experience in software development. Familiar with mobile technologies both in iOS and Android.
· 6+ years of experience in designing/architecting mobile application or mobile SDKs, with focuses on functionality, reliability, backward-compatibility and deprecation strategies.
· 3+ years of experience in operating business critical software systems with very strict requirements on availability.
· BS or MS degree in computer science or equivalent subjects.
