High Volume Hiring(HVH) program focus is on automation of recruiting process to drive recruiting and onboarding at the hundreds of thousands per year scale. HVH builds features, enhancements, and enable synergy through integrations to seek benefits for World Wide Operations/Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service. Due to the high volume of transactions, bulk processing through asynchronous execution is used extensively in HVH. HVH team continues to seek out creative solutions via either AWS technologies(Lamda, DynamoDB, etc.), external technologies, or mixture of both.

As a Sr. Application Engineer focus in mobile development you will own and execute HR software and service delivery initiatives globally to build scale, efficiency, and a great customer experience. You will be completely responsible for the design, engineering, testing, release, and support of the features you build. You will provide solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable on the Force.com platform / Amazon technologies. You will also drive automation of processes, develop new applications, and manage the integrations to our various business systems for our Salesforce.com (SFDC) environment. This includes development, configuration, maintenance, and integration with other Amazon systems.

Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for developing in Java and Javascript, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
· Partner with Salesforce.com(SFDC) team on best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
· Mobile development frontend/backend
· Mentoring junior team members
· Greenfield focus on mobile app for HR

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field
· 2+ years previous development experience with native(Android/IOS)/hybrid(eg. Ioniic/Phonegap/Cordova) mobile development
· 3+ years of experience in Java and/or C++
· Experience in HTML, XML, JavaScript, and SQL
· Experience with cloud or on-premise middleware and other enterprise integrating technologies
· Understanding of UI design principles and best practices. Bootstrap, AngularJS, and CSS
