Amazon Pay makes it simple for hundreds of millions of customers around the globe to check-in and check out using information already stored within their Amazon account. We extend the Amazon experience customers know and love to tens of thousands of third-party merchant sites. Whether shoppers are online or on the go, Amazon Pay provides a familiar, trusted, and easy way to pay.

The Amazon Pay marketing communications team is seeking a talented Marketing Website Manager to help maintain and enhance our most valuable marketing asset, our global websites. Reporting into the Website Program Manager, you will support the execution of a new global program that will expand selection for Amazon customers while helping Amazon Pay merchants to increase sales. This role will collaborate with multiple teams including content marketing, brand design, consumer and merchant marketing, and developer support.

Success in this role requires razor-sharp project management skills. With multiple language sites, you will need to simplify processes to create scale while documenting and communicating plans with clarity and precision. You must be able to troubleshoot issues and bugs while defining and scoping projects. Our team culture is goal-oriented, collaborative, and driven to achieve results. Role & Responsibilities:
· Execute against a new global program, balancing ongoing maintenance and sustainability across multiple languages and regions
· Monitor the Amazon Pay global website family, insisting on the highest standards, this includes responding to and managing issues and bugs as they are reported
· Work within sprint schedules, collaborating with the development team to prioritize tasks and requests
· Build new pages and optimize existing ones in Mindstorms (Lego) CMS to continuously improve the customer experience
· Build reports to showcase performance of the sites through flash reports and dashboard deep dives.
· Maintain all documentation related to the website on the Amazon Pay Marketing Communications Wiki
Keep up to date with industry best practices as well as present new opportunities as appropriate

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with B-to-B demand generation and inbound marketing strategies and tactics
· Experience with Amazon Mindstorms CMS (LEGO)
· Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and/or other common CMS platforms (Sitecore, Wordpress, etc.)
· Experience with Marketo marketing automation platform
· Strong quantitative, analytic, and problem-solving skills
· Professional written and verbal communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with great attention to detail
· Passion for quickly mastering new technology and proven ability to apply it to business needs
· · Urge to continually learn and expand hands-on technical skills

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in marketing or technical field or equivalent, relevant professional experience
· 3-5+ years in digital marketing, marketing operations including experience managing corporate websites
· Understanding of modern website technology and agile development processes, including knowledge of HTML, CSS
· Understanding of content marketing and SEO best practices, and how these intersect with website development and management
· Experience with Adobe Analytics and website analytics technology
· Experience with a marketing technology stack including CRM, marketing automation (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce), CMS, social media, and advertising platforms
