Want to use Amazon's credit card products to create a unique shopping experience? We are looking for a talented marketer to lead an exciting new rewards program for cardmembers of the Prime Rewards Visa and the Prime Store Card. This program creates a new type of promotion, where Amazon customers can earn bonus rewards on their card when purchasing products from popular brands. If you are analytical and data driven with an interest in marketing, machine learning, and retail promotions - this is a great role for you. We are seeking a detail-oriented marketer to develop, execute, and refine our promotional marketing campaigns. In this role, special attention is paid to regulatory and compliance requirements.

The marketer in this role will work closely with product managers and retail category teams across Amazon. As a part of Amazon's Payment Products business, you will learn best practices in marketing, testing and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Work closely with product management, design, and Amazon retail teams to support end-to-end development and execution of promotional campaigns.
· Build marketing assets including banners, emails, landing pages, etc. using Amazon's propriety content creation tools.
· Design and execute A/B tests to optimize performance of marketing assets and channels
· Coordinate streamlined approval process with key internal (product management, retail, legal) and external partners

· Develop strategy to effectively scale this new type of promotional campaign into an always-on program
The successful candidate has demonstrated:
· Proven analytical and quantitative skills (includes the ability to effectively use tools such as Excel) and an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases.
· High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
· An ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
· Superior verbal and written communications skills.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience
· 3+ years online marketing experience
· Strong analytical skills: understand and use web metrics to gauge trends and evaluate content in an unbiased fashion
· Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines
· Proficient with a varied set of software and editing tools (including HTML, XML, basic to intermediate Excel, and image editing software)
· Ability to use hard data and metrics to measure the performance of online efforts, determine improvements and innovations, and to support project requests from partner teams
