Join Prime Gaming, a fast-growing team at Amazon where your ideas have the potential to reach millions. Work with game developers to grow their business and reach new customers, delivering high-value gaming content to Prime members around the world. Prime Gaming is looking for a Manager, Program Management to join our Content and Operations team.

As the lead of this team, you will oversee a group of program managers launching game content to make them available for free to Prime members. You will work across stakeholder teams in business development, marketing, account management, product, design, and engineering to ensure quality launches happen on schedule. You'll drive consistency in launch processes, and help the team scale to support an increasing content funnel. You will also dive deep into launch issues to identify root cause and implement improvements to the overall delivery of content initiatives.

· Experience in the video games or entertainment industry
· Experience with running launch readiness for products and programs
· High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Effectively hires, manages performance, coaches, and promotes
· Past experience in a high-performance start-up or incubation effort within a larger company is highly valued

Desired profile


· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
· 5+ years of program or project management experience in a related industry
· 3+ years of experience interfacing with external clients and customers
· 2+ years of people management experience
