DESCRIPTION
Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about Learning Administration. You are someone who has experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration and LMS process management. You are able to dive deep into the features and functionalities of the Cornerstone on Demand LMS, and suggest creative ways of utilizing those features and functionalities to help instructional designers, trainers, and business partners meet their learning and training delivery objectives.
You will serve as a primary support for troubleshooting learner and system issues, provide expertise in LMS Administration, and train new/existing stakeholders on utilizing the LMS for its self-service features.
Maximizing the use of the existing Learning Management System (Cornerstone On Demand) in supporting learning and training administration
Enrollment of Learners/facilitators/learners in learning programs and training events
Creation of events, offerings, assessments, and custom reports
Triage LMS issues, research and provide resolution and reach out to requesters as needed to clarify requests, recognize gaps or inconsistencies, troubleshoot /escalate as needed and drive down the SLAs to an acceptable level of performance
Work closely with counterpart in the Networked Learning Team to train
Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years LMS administration experience in a large-scale, corporate environment
Basic knowledge of SCORM/AICC
Familiarity with creating virtual instructor-led events using Adobe Connect within Cornerstone
LMS administration experience, including end-user training and day-to-day support of the system supporting loading, tracking, and reporting of learning content
Experience managing LMS transitions/migrations and connecting LMS data sources to other systems
Manage creation of classes and enrollment of learners on LMS
Excellent Communication skills-- ability to clearly understand and describe the callouts, conclusions and issues
Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to work and influence with multiple team members
- Proficient in MS Office Tools (particularly MS Excel)
2+ years of experience in a Training Administrator role
