Amazon Seller Support

Amazon's Seller Support division acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our 3rd party Sellers. We obsess over providing world –class support to Merchants selling on the Amazon marketplace. We strive to predict Sellers' needs before they recognize they may need our support, create innovative self-help tools, and provide solutions to help our business partners better serve their customers.

The Role

As a Human Resource intern, the majority of your internship will be spent supporting a HR Business Partner and Manager in Grand Forks, ND. You will gain exposure to a wide array HR areas such as employee relations, compensation, compliance, and performance management. Additionally, during your internship you will dive into Standard Work and Continuous Improvement through an intern project.

Your key responsibilities may include (but are not limited to the following):
· Data Analytics: Produce and analyze reports to assist with business needs.
· Utilize HRIS systems for data entry, modification, and reporting.
· Leaves and Accommodations: Assist with any employee leave of absence or accommodation by providing accurate information to our employees and leave team.
· Performance Management: Assist client groups with weekly and yearly performance management systems and tools ensuring complete and timely delivery.
Program Overview
· Length of 12 weeks.
· Hours: 15 - 19 hours per week.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· You are currently working towards a Bachelor's degree.
· You have a minimum GPA of 3.0
· You are authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
