We are looking for a talented, high-performing, solution-oriented and driven HR professional to join our EU Human Resources team as a HR Business Partner (HRBP). The position formulates professional partnerships with the business and other central functions in order to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business' people-related objectives of the organization.
The HRBP will be responsible for a wide range of processes and activities in line with the followings:
· Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance;
· Coach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR related topics;
· Manage employee cases in line with local legislation;
· Help driving a positive Associate experience through facilitating engagement activities and managing complex Associate queries;
· Support management to address and improve the workplace environment and employee engagement;
· Planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices;
· Partner with the HR team to develop, implement and maintain communication plans;
· Address low-risk employee cases (including conflict resolutions) and support investigations for employee relations issues;
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute hiring, recruiting and engagement initiatives;
· Conduct audits for compliance; apply knowledge of local employee law and legislation with supervision of management;
· Partner with operations and HR teams to execute standard company-wide programs actively seeking opportunities to invent and simplify;
· Lead or support HR projects.
· Collect and analyze data to assist the HR team to draw insights on attrition, attendance, workforce management, recruitment and engagement initiatives.
Key Stakeholder/Client Relationship(s):
Functional managers, Team Leads; Area Managers, Associates, site HR teams, HR Shared Services, Payroll, Legal, Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment, Learning & Development.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications
· HR specific trainings and qualifications;
· Knowledge of another EU language: French/German/Italian.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor and/or Master Degree in a related field;
· Fluent command of English and Spanish, in both written and verbal forms;
· Experienced in similar HR role(s);
· Advanced user of MS Office, Outlook, HR systems, databases;
· Knowledge of Spanish employment law.
