What will you help us create?

The Role:

As a Hardware Product Integrity Lab Engineer, you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to test and develop state-of-the-art concepts. You will work closely with multiple teams to define testing parameters and drive test execution. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.

This position can have up to 10% international and domestic travel

To succeed, you will be an expert in the following:
· Researching, designing, setting up and managing multiple tests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
· Able to troubleshoot, debug and/or isolate electrical faults in electrical circuits and electro-mechanical assemblies to a component level
· Able to communicate findings directly to engineers and through detailed reports

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years' experience working in Hardware Reliability Testing, Environmental Testing, Aerospace Testing or related field to include HALT, Temperature/Humidity Testing, Temperature Cycling, Shock, Drop, Vibration, Salt Fog/Spray, UV Exposure etc.
· Demonstrated ability to research and identify required specifications
· Demonstrated ability to read schematics and circuit drawings
· Solid experience in debugging / troubleshooting electrical circuits, including familiarity with tools such as digital multi-meter, I-V curve tracer, TDR, oscilloscopes, etc.
· Experience in writing test reports
